SikaTop® Seal-107

SikaTop® Seal-107 - S-1098C (MY) is a two part polymer modi- fied cementitious waterproof mortar slurry comprising of a liquid polymer and a cement based mix incorpor- ating special admixtures. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

Sikalastic®-1 KMY

Sikalastic®-1 KMY S-10230C is a one component, flexible, fiber-reinforced mortar, based on cement modified with special alkali-resistant polymers. It also contains fine fillers, selected graded aggregates, plus special waterproofing additives to produce a flexible mortar that is ideal for waterproofing surfaces subject to flexural strain.

SuperBond (369)

Superbond (369) S-1044C is a high-performance polymer-modified, premixed, cementitious wall and floor tile adhesive that gives excellent bonding strength, flexibility, slip resistance, and extended open time. It is suitable for medium to large wall and floor tiles, bonding small-sized tiles in swimming pools, and tiles on areas subjected to stress.

Thin-Joint Mortar (362)

Thin-Joint Mortar (362) S-1040C is a high-performance premixed cementitious adhesive mortar with high adhesive strength. It is designed for jointing Aerated Lightweight Concrete (ALC) blocks.

Tile Adhesive (361)
Tile Adhesive (361) S-10125C is a polymer-modified, premixed, cementitious wall and floor tile adhesive. It has excellent bonding strength, slip resistance, and extended open time. Tile Adhesive (361) is suitable for small to medium wall and floor tiles.

ReadyFix (360)

ReadyFix (360) S-1015C is a polymer-modified, premixed, cementitious adhesive for interior floor and wall bonding of small to medium ceramic tiles. It is easy to use and offers good workability, bonding strength, and durability.

Walcrete C-1022.5T is a specially designed plastering cement in our ECOCem product range. It is made with 40% to 50% lower CO₂. It contains an air entrainment agent to give better performance in plastering applications. Formulated for excellent workability and strong adhesion to walls, it is perfect for both interior and exterior plastering.

Cement Castle C-1022.5T is a mainstay of our ECOCem product line. Made with 30% to 40% lower CO₂ emissions¹, it is a certified Singapore Green Label cement. Its excellent versatility makes it suitable for all general-purpose applications, such as bricklaying, screeding, and concreting applications. Castle has excellent workability and is easy to mix.

Orang Kuat C-1023.5T represents a high-strength Portland cement designed to facilitate early demoulding, handling, and application. Known for its consistent quality, it is particularly well-suited for time-sensitive high-strength precast applications.
